We ship worldwide from London, UK using Royal Mail. Shipping quotes are provided at checkout based on your shipping address.

Free Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $1000 and more. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Insurance

While all orders are carefully packed, in rare circumstances damage may occur, which is why we must insist on insurance. Insurance costs are included in the rates quoted.

Returns

Our aim is for you to enjoy your shopping experience with us and while we try to take great photos, they are never the same as the real thing!

Therefore we will gladly allow you to return the item for either a credit or a full refund provided that:

You advise us within two days of receipt of the item that you wish to return it- please do not return an item without contacting us first

You return the item within four days of receipt in the same condition in which you received it, including any special packaging such as Chanel box or bag

You return it via Mail with insurance and advise us via email of the tracking number.

We do not charge a restocking fee but we reserve the right to reconsider this if we feel our policy is being abused
