BEAUTIFUL CHANEL GRIPOIX AND GOLD BROOCH

This is such a beautiful Chanel brooch, with all the richness of a Renaissance jewel. It is designed to resemble three flower heads , with fluted petal edges, and at the center of each is a beautiful Gripoix cabochon stone. The central stone is a rich ruby red, the others being deep blue and vibrant green. The goldtone flowers are in a rich textured matt goldtone. Brooch measures 3 7/8" long, and is 1 3/8" at its widest point. From Season 25 (mid 1980's). Excellent condition.
