FABULOUS SCHIAPARELLI TOPAZ AND PEARL NECKLACE

This is an elegant necklace that is classically Schiaparelli. It appears simple in design but in fact it is masterfully constructed of three identical elements linked together through faux flatback pearl joints. Each design element contains three faceted faux oval topaz stones which fan out from a row of three small pearls. All stones are prong-set and open-backed for maximum reflective quality. The chain is composed of elongated box links, with a hook fastening. Total length of the necklace is 16", each of the elements is 2" across and 1 1/4" deep. Each of the larger pearls is 3/8" across and the topaz stones ,easure 3/4" by 5/8". Signed in script on reverse of central element. There is some loss of luster to two of the larger pearl, otherwise this beautiful necklace is in excellent vintage condition.
