GORGEOUS 'PEARLS IN A TUBE' CHANEL BELT

This is such a fun and imaginative belt from Chanel. It consists of a round plastic tube into which literally hundreds of small Chanel pearls have been inserted. The clasp is also ingenious - each end of the tube has a cylindrical metal fastening and each is magnetized so they clamp together very firmly. The clasp has the words CHANEL PARIS written across it. Signed and dated Chanel plaque, from 2000. Belt is 31 1/2" long and 7/16" across. Each pearl is approximately 3/8" across. Clasp is 1" across (1/2" on each side). For those who like the unusual this can also be worn around the neck - very fetching when doubled! Apart from some very minor marking to the clasp elements this belt is in great condition.
